Les Volets Bleus - your home from home in the Languedoc

How to book and pay for your stay.

You can go ahead now and make a confirmed online booking via our live availability calendar. However if you would like more information or have a booking query please call or email us and we will be happy to deal with you ‘in person’.

At the moment, we are not set up to take online bookings for evening meals, so please get in touch if you would like to book in for dinner on your arrival day. For those of you who wish to use a gift voucher, please contact us by phone or email to make the booking.

A reservation is confirmed when you receive an email from us confirming your stay and we have received payment of your deposit. We accept payment of deposit by cheque in Euros drawn on a French bank, by credit or debit card or by bank transfer.

If your search for your preferred available room is unsuccessful it will be because the room(s) is already booked; however, do feel free to contact us to see if we can work something out for you.

Prices quoted are per room, per night, based on 2 people sharing and the price includes a continental-style breakfast. Please note, from mid-July to mid-August, there is a supplement for 1-night stays of 20€ per room.

For bookings of 1 or 2 nights we ask for payment in advance of the total for the first night. For all other stays we take a 30% deposit at the time of booking. This is non-refundable. Should you not arrive on the prebooked date, we will assume you do not require the room and will retain this deposit. The balance due is payable at the end of your stay.

If you have pre-paid for 1 night and need to cancel your reservation please note we require at least 7 days’ notice and, in all cases, 30% of the total booking value is retained by us.

A booking is a contract in law. If your circumstances are such that you think you may have to cancel, it would be prudent to take out travel insurance. We can of course provide an invoice for any monies paid, should you need to make an insurance claim

Les Volets Bleus is an old house and, although we like to think of ourselves as user-friendly, the floors are uneven, the windows are large, the doors and walls are not square and, if there are children in the party, we assume that the accompanying adult(s) will ensure that the children are supervised at all times and take full responsibility for their actions.
